Gym has everything I need, I do the weekly womens class too which only cost $8. The 24/7 app is amazing. Other gyms will be closed for weather or short staff but Flex is never closed.”

“I have been to many gyms, but this one is by far my favorite! It’s super small, not busy, and Caroline is very helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend atleast trying the day pass because you will probably end up loving it and purchase the membership! They even offer personal training as well which is very helpful. My husband and I also love the hours because we can go at midnight or 4am and get our workout in without having to wait for the gym to open.”
